Chocolate Banana Iced Nut Cream


½ cup raw cashews

2 tablespoons water

¼ cup maple syrup or agave nectar

3 large frozen bananas, broken into chunks

2 to 4 tablespoons organic cocoa powder

Blend cashews, water and maple syrup until smooth and creamy. Add banana chunks and cocoa powder and process until smooth, thick and creamy (use a food processor for this step if you have one). Serve immediately or freeze for later use. To serve frozen nut cream, let it stand at room temperature for about 5 to 10 minutes, then place into food processor and process until soft and creamy.
