Granola

5 cups oats
1 cup wheat germ
1/2 cup powdered milk
1/2 cup honey/agavenectar/maple syrup/brown rice syrup or to taste
1/2 cup sesame oil
1 Tbs. cinnamon
1 Tbs. vanilla
1/2 cup- coconut,

1/3 cup nuts,

seeds, dried fruit, shredded wheat

1. Combine dry ingredients in large bowl
2. Warm sweetener, oil and vanilla in a saucepan or microwave
3. Add wet ingredients to dry ingredients and mix well
4. Put on 2 cookie sheets and toast in oven at 300 degrees until brown - about 30 minutes. Stir occasionally.
